January 19th – Explore Your Future: Careers in Science
Explore Your Future is a series of FREE events to help Waterloo Region youth learn about some career options. While geared towards the early stage research needs of grade 7 to 10 students, it is open to any youth and family that are interested.
January 20th – Astronomy for Everyone
Explore the night sky in this virtual program. Learn about the moon, planets, stars, galaxies and nebulae. Registration opens January 10th, 2022.
January 21st – Dragon Eggs Scavenger Hunt
The Dragons of Eastside have gotten loose! They have hidden their eggs all around the outside of the brand new Waterloo Public Library East Side branch library building. It is your mission to help find all the dragon’s eggs before they hatch.
January 26th – Where the Wild Things Are
Registrants will borrow a nature pack full of tools and materials for exploring the great outdoors. During the program, we will learn about everything from wildlife to survival skills. For children ages 2 to 7 years old.
January 29th – Winterloo
