FiddlesticksFiddlesticks is the area south of Pinebush to Clyde Road and East of Franklin to Townline. It is comprised of a significant portion of Cambridge’s commercial sector, located in the northern part of this neighbourhood, including: Ontario Mutual Insurance, Lone Wolf, PODS, and the Cambridge Times.

Shade’s Mills conservation area, located in the southern most part of the Fiddlesticks Community, has been called the best-kept secret in Cambridge. Shade’s Mills offers a beach for swimming during the warmer months, you can also canoe and picnic or enjoy the 12km of hiking trails, but this is not just a spot for summer in the winter months the park offers ice fishing, snow shoeing and cross-country skiing.

Made up mostly of Single Family Detached Homes this neighbourhood has an average sale price of just over $400,000, significantly higher than the city as a whole. It also boasts one of the city’s lowest days on market, just 33 days for the average sale.
