K-W’s newest immersive arts and music festival experience. Art Hop is an ode to why we love KW – the wonderful community and artists, and their dedication to keeping it weird. We’re re-celebrating the new wave of creativity, and keeping it close to home.
September 3rd – Snyder’s Family Farm Opening Day
The farm has something for all ages, from the pedal carts, petting zoo and jumping pillows to the corn maze, haunted house, hayride and campfires activities. Choose an activity and have a farmtastic experience!
September 3rd to 17th – Digital Doors Open Waterloo Region
2022 marks the 20th anniversary of celebrating Doors Open Waterloo Region! This year’s exciting line-up, is again an entirely virtual experience, delivering fascinating stories with unprecedented behind-the-scenes access.
September 4th – Kitchener Rangers’ Fan Fest
The Kitchener Rangers are kicking off the 2022-23 season with fun, food and friends at the Kitchener Rangers Fan Fest in support of Make-A-Wish Canada! Meet the Rangers players, get an autograph, and participate in many activities including inflatable games and rides!

September 10th – Kitchener-Waterloo Knitters’ Fair
The Fair is the oldest and largest one-day knitting event in Canada. Organized and hosted by the Kitchener-Waterloo Knitters’ Guild, it is truly organized “by knitters, for knitters.”
September 11th – Dash & Splash
Join us at Kiwanis Park Pool for the Dash & Splash fundraiser event with local vendors, amazing food trucks, lawn games and activities.
September 15th to 18th – New Hamburg Fall Fair
