The community of Breslau is part of the Waterloo region, separated from the city of Kitchener by the Grand River, it maintains its own unique identity.  Conveniently located with easy access to St. Jacobs, Kitchener/Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph, this centrally located neighbourhood has increased in popularity exponentially in the last decade.  With improvements planned for Highway 7 and the close proximity to the Region of Waterloo International Airport, the growth and popularity shows no signs of slowing.  This community is well-liked by families with young children,  just under 19% of the community’s population is under the age of 9. Housing in the area is comprised mostly of larger single detached homes. Breslau’s central location provides easy access to all the best that the region has to offer within a few minutes drive. Weekends see residents enjoying the festivals of downtown Kitchener and Waterloo, the miles of trails running along side the Grand River, and easy access to the shops and markets of St. Jacobs.
